Instead of our usual 5km, we’re teaming up with \u003cstrong\u003eBecause - Sport to Support @sport_because\u003c\/strong\u003e for a morning of group fitness followed by a shorter run along the Kallang River and park connector.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBecause - Sport to Support\u003c\/strong\u003e is a volunteer-run community that brings people together through group fitness activities, while using movement as a way to give back and create positive impact.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey’ll be kicking us off with a warm-up and \u003cstrong\u003e20-minute HIIT workout\u003c\/strong\u003e, before we head out together for a \u003cstrong\u003e3km social run\/walk\u003c\/strong\u003e.
