The Konjac plant (also known as Konnyaku) has been grown and consumed in Japan for many centuries. Konjac flour is made from the root of the Konjac plant, which is then used to make Konjac noodles, a Japanese staple food.
Net weight is 385g (300g when drained).

HOW TO COOK
- Heat in an open pan for 1-2 minutes or in a microwave for 1 minute.
- Add to your favourite pasta sauce, stir-fry, soup or salad.
- (Optional: Rinse 2-3 times under cold water before heating)
HOW TO STORE
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in airtight container with clear water for a maximum of 2 days.
