SIZING
The Mini is generally recommended for women who are first timers with menstrual cups as it is smaller and more malleable than the international average and make for a great starter cup.
Measures 4cm in diameter across the rim, and about 6cm from tip to rim. It holds about 25ml when full.
The Grande is introduced to women who are comfortable with menstrual cups, finding their flows heavy, and would like to change their cups out less often.
Measures 4.5cm in diameter across the rim, and about 7cm from tip to rim. It holds about 35ml.
MATERIAL
A Freedom Cup is a small cup made of 100% medical-grade silicone that sits in the vagina to collect menstrual fluid.
