CANCELLATION POLICY

• Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. Your voucher will be considered redeemed in the event of last-minute cancellation or no-show.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other customers fairly. If you are running late, please inform us via phone call or whatsapp.

ABOUT THE BRAND

The Nail Social is Singapore's first socially-conscious salon that was established with the aim of providing vocational training and employment to local marginalised women with a higher barrier to employment, so as to help them progress from a position of vulnerability to security and self-sufficiency. Our social model sees the vocational trainings offered run as a business, so hands-on experience is gained by trainees whilst a portion of profits from the salon go to sustaining the social support and services offered to them. This fosters sustainability in the organization and eliminates donor dependency.

With an outlet at Haji Lane and within The Social Space at Kreta Ayer, the eco-friendly nail salon offer toxic-free manicures and pedicures that benefit the wellbeing of both their staff and customers. Customers can enjoy their services in a luxuriously intimate setting, including a personal iPad pre-loaded with Netflix and digital magazines. Their goal is to provide a better, safer nail salon experience and create a self-care haven promoting beauty, positivity and mindfulness.

The Nail Social is a proud member of the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE), winner of the President's Challenge Social Enterprise Awards in 2015, and recognised as a 'Champion of Good' by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre in 2018.
