CARE & STORAGE

The baked goods are freshly-baked/made upon order and do not contain any preservatives. They are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste and texture.

Our Almond Meal Cookies can be kept for up to 14 days in an airtight container in the fridge. The cookies can be enjoyed at room temperature or lightly toasted.

GIFTING OPTIONS

All gift sets come with a complimentary kraft gift box and a box label sticker. To include a personalized gift message, please select the 'Add a personalized note?' option during check-out.

For bulk orders of 50 sets and above, there is an option to customize the box label sticker and note card with your company logo and design. Please e-mail us to enquire!

Please refer to the Order T&C's and Self-Collect/Delivery info below. This item is not applicable for Next Day Delivery options.

All catering items need to be pre-ordered at least 7 working days in advance.

Orders are only deemed confirmed after full payment has been made and a confirmation e-mail has been received. If you ordered online but did not receive a confirmation email, please e-mail us at hello@thesocialspace.co with your order date, full name and email address used.

When ordering, please make sure to enter your address correctly as no refund will be issued for an incorrectly entered address.

Disposable serviceware or cutlery are not provided (unless mentioned) - please opt to use your own reusable serviceware or cutlery instead to reduce waste. Alternatively, choose to add-on from our range of Sustainable Wares here.

Deliveries

 Delivery for catering orders is available from Mondays to Saturdays, and is subject to availability. Time slots are every 2 hourly from 10-12pm, 12-2pm, 2-4pm and 4-6pm.

Upon checkout, please provide your preferred delivery date and time slot in the 'Order Notes'.  

Delivery to one single location is complimentary for catering orders over S$800, and a tiered rate for orders under S$800 (S$30 for locations within 5km, S$35 for locations within 5km to 20km, and $40 for locations more than 20km from our Kreta Ayer outlet. A $5 surcharge is applicable during peak season and public holidays.  

For orders above 8kg requiring special movers and van delivery, a flat fee applies regardless of the total spend: S$40 for locations within 5km, S$45 for locations between 5km to 20km, and S$50 for locations more than 20km from our Kreta Ayer outlet.

Additional fees will apply for delivery into Sentosa, Changi Airport, Changi Aviation Center and Tuas (for postal codes starting with 627, 628, 629, 636, 637, 638 and 639).

Delivery outside of our standard delivery timing may be considered on a case by case basis. A surcharge of $50-$150 is applicable in addition to your order for such requests.  

Self-Collection 

Alternatively, you may choose the 'Pick up' option to collect the items from our Kreta Ayer outlet or arrange your own courier pick-up.  Pick up is available from 9.30am to 5.30pm from Mondays to Saturdays. Please be prepared to show your order confirmation email upon request.

Collection outside of our store's standard opening hours may be considered on a case by case basis. A surcharge of $50-$150 is applicable in addition to your order for such request8
