Delivery to one single location is complimentary for bulk orders over S$800 (max 8kg).
For bulk orders below S$800, a tiered delivery fee applies based on your distance from our Kreta Ayer outlet: S$30 for locations within 5km, S$35 for locations between 5km to 20km, and S$40 for locations more than 20km.
For bulk orders above 8kg, a flat fee applies regardless of the total spend: S$40 for locations within 5km, S$45 for locations between 5km to 20km, and S$50 for locations more than 20km from our Kreta Ayer outlet.
A S$5 surcharge is applicable during peak seasons and public holidays.
We are also able to help facilitate doorstep delivery, direct to your recipients at the following rates:
Postage Delivery - $6-10 per address (depending on weight of package, max 3kg). Not suitable for food items or fragile items.
Courier Delivery - $18 / $23 (peak season/PH) per address . Maximum 8kg per address. Additional fees will apply for restricted areas.
*Delivery direct to individual recipients require at least 1 week lead time.
*Recipient names, addresses and mobile numbers should be provided in an excel spreadsheet.
*We are unable to accept specific delivery time slots. Our drivers deliver based on the best possible route for the day.
*Please take extra care to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failed delivery due to inaccurate information will still incur the full delivery fee and re-deliveries are chargeable.
All orders below SGD 500 must be paid in full upon confirmation of order.
For orders above SGD 5,000, a 50% down-payment is required for confirmation of order. The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of production, before delivery is made.
