Watercolour Painting Workshop

A 30 min introductory Watercolour Workshop for all ages. Learn the foundation of Watercolour painting and be introduced to simple and easy ways to create festive watercolour cards for your friends and loved ones.

What to expect:
Step into the soothing world of watercolours with this beginner-friendly workshop, perfect for all ages! Learn the techniques of watercolour painting through a guided session led by an experienced instructor from LACA. Discover simple, easy-to-follow methods developed by their founder, designed to help anyone create beautiful washes and blends with confidence.

Participants will:

  • 🎨 Get hands-on guidance from a professional art instructor
  • 🌈 Learn brush control, wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry.
  • 🖼️ Bring home their own mini watercolour artwork

Commencement time and date will be discussed with you through email or private message before the first lesson.

Class size: 6 pax per session

Workshop will be conducted via a walk-in and pre-registration basis, once the studio is full, participants may have to wait for space to free up. 10% of proceeds will go to "60 Lights, One Future".

About the Facilitator:
LACA is an Art Academy specialising in Fine Art classes for all levels, from curious hobbyists to serious learners. Passionate about making quality art education accessible and affordable, they’ve taught over 1,000 students in Singapore. Their mission is to nurture creativity, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for art.

  • There is no age limit for this workshop. 
  • All personal information provided will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for administrative purposes related to this event. If you have indicated interest, we may also notify you about future workshops or events. 

By purchasing a ticket for any of our events or workshops, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions as set out by the vendor as well as the following generic terms & conditions:

- In the event of low attendance, The Social Space reserve all rights to cancel/reschedule the event/workshop. You will receive an email notice at least 48-hours prior and be given the choice to attend the next event/workshop or get a full refund.

- If you are not able to make it for the event/workshop, please let us know as least 7-days in advance. We will refund the amount paid, minus a 15% handling and credit card processing fee.

- Photographs and videos will be taken during event/workshop and may be used for our training and marketing purposes. Participants with any concern should inform The Social Space prior to the event/workshop.

- Participant agrees to indemnify The Social Space and our event/workshop partners against any damages or injuries that may be sustained to themselves, or their belongings, during the event/workshop.

- The Social Space reserves all rights to seek compensation for any damage to our space or furniture, or injury to the instructor.

- The Social Space reserves all rights to make changes or update these terms and conditions whenever necessary. In case of any dispute, we reserve all rights to make the final decision.
