Deliveries
Delivery is available from 10am to 6pm daily, and is subject to availability. Upon checkout, please provide your preferred delivery date and time in the 'Order Notes'

As this item includes freshly-baked goods that require direct delivery for food safety reasons, standard delivery is complimentary for orders over $800. For orders under $800, a tiered delivery fee applies: S$15 for locations within 5km, S$20 for locations within 5km to 20km, and $30 for locations more than 20km from our Kreta Ayer outlet. A $5 surcharge is applicable during peak season and public holidays.

Additional fees will apply for delivery into Sentosa, Changi Airport, Changi Aviation Center and Tuas (for postal codes starting with 627, 628, 629, 636, 637, 638 and 639).

Delivery outside of our standard delivery timing may be considered on a case by case basis. A surcharge of $30 is applicable in addition to your order for such requests.

Self-Collection
Alternatively, you may choose the 'Pick up' option to collect the items from our Kreta Ayer outlet or arrange your own courier pick-up.

Please do take note of our store's opening hours and be prepared to show your order confirmation email upon request.
