This tote bag is ethically made in India using non-toxic dyes and upcycled bed linens from the hospitality industry, offering a fully circular model.

These bed linens, and a range of other retired textiles which would have otherwise ended up in the landfill, are collected from across India by our production partners and sanitized at 200 degrees celcius for hygiene reasons pre-production. Our partners are Global Recycle Standard (GRS) certified and have upcycled over 4.5 million bags to date!

Did you know that the recycling/upcycling industry also creates at least 9 times more jobs than landfills and incinerators, conserves our planet's precious resources and reduces pollution and carbon emissions produced by manufacturers - it doesn't get more sustainable than this!

*This product is hand-made using upcycled material and off-cuts from various origins. While we endeavor to ensure consistency among the products, please allow for a slight variation is size, colour and thickness of material.

**Requests for other colours may be possible from time to time. Please e-mail us with your requirements, and we will check with our production partner on it's availability.

CUSTOMIZATION

Printing of 1-colour custom artwork on single side of tote bag is included in the price (minimum 100pcs).

For additional customization, please refer to below prices:

+$1.00 each for printing of double side of tote bag
+$0.50 each for custom hang-tag with jute string (max 4 x 5cm)
+$0.50 each for custom fabric label (max 1 x 2cm)
+$50-100 for design fee (if required)

PACKING & HANDLING FEE

You're welcome to 'build' your own gift pack from our range of unique and conscious gifts, and we'll provide the labour to pack all items into your choice of packaging at a nominal fee of $0.50 per pack.

Delivery to one single location is complimentary for bulk orders over S$800 (max 8kg).

For orders above 8kg requiring special movers and van delivery, a flat fee applies regardless of the total spend: S$30 for locations within 5km, S$35 for locations between 5km to 20km, and S$40 for locations more than 20km from our Duo Galleria outlet. A S$5 surcharge is applicable during peak seasons and public holidays.

We are also able to help facilitate doorstep delivery, direct to your recipients at the following rates:

Postage Delivery - $6-10 per address (depending on weight of package, max 3kg). Not suitable for food items or fragile items.

Courier Delivery - $18 / $23 (peak season/PH) per address . Maximum 8kg per address. Additional fees will apply for restricted areas.

*Delivery direct to individual recipients require at least 1 week lead time.

*Recipient names, addresses and mobile numbers should be provided in an excel spreadsheet.

*We are unable to accept specific delivery time slots. Our drivers deliver based on the best possible route for the day.

*Please take extra care to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failed delivery due to inaccurate information will still incur the full delivery fee and re-deliveries are chargeable.

All orders below SGD 500 must be paid in full upon confirmation of order.

For orders above SGD 5,000, a 50% down-payment is required for confirmation of order. The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of production, before delivery is made.
