Designed by internationally acclaimed German architect Ole Scheeren, DUO has redefined Singapore’s skyline with its distinctive hexagonal plated towers. Located within the established arts, educational, heritage and cultural district of Bugis, the neighbourhood is home to more than 20 historical sites and national monuments, and plays host to an exciting variety of events such as the monthly Bugis Arts Flea Market, and the annual Singapore Night Festival.
DUO Twin Towers has been awarded the CTBUH’s 2021 Urban Habitat Award. This award acknowledges the design’s significant contribution to DUO’s urban context and affirms DUO’s socially and environmentally responsible approach to design.
In the process of designing DUO, Büro Ole Scheeren’s core vision of DUO was to “create a new sense of urban habitat in which humans, architecture and nature can coexist in productive and socially responsible ways”. His aim was for DUO to repair a broken piece of the city and celebrate public life as the central quality of a socially responsible urban environment. Since its completion in 2018, DUO has proven itself to be a dynamic place that enables social interaction while achieving high levels of sustainability goals.

Work + Dine at The Social Space
We've carved out a little co-working nook for social entrepreneurs who need a place to work, relax, and while away the working hours with a soy latte in hand, a printer to one side and a fellow social impact champion or two to talk business with.
For private meetings and events, we have 2 bright and airy private rooms for up to 15 pax available, complete with a whiteboard, projector, powerpoints and high-speed wifi. With a full glass frontage and plenty of natural light, these rooms would suit a wide range of events.

Discover sustainably-crafted clothing inspired by nature for everyday journeys at Sui's inaugural pop-up shop in Singapore.
From July 3rd to October 13th 2024, Sui invites you to explore their Green Heart Pop-Up.
Since 2018, Sui has crafted conscious women's clothing, with the name "Sui," meaning needle in Hindi, symbolizing the connection of thread to fabric. From the outset, their goal has been to weave together the threads of nature and fashion.
Their mission is to promote awareness of conscious fashion that is versatile, minimally impactful, relatable, and treats its makers like family. We believe that slow fashion can be engaging, beautiful, and impactful.
The pop-up will immerse visitors in the Green Heart experience, showcasing slow craft with pieces inspired by nature. Discover the latest collection, Sunshine, and timeless classics, plus upcycled accessories with a summery touch. Don't miss Little Sui, their debut sustainable children’s edit.
Alongside a showcase of its sustainably crafted pieces and lifestyle products, they hope to use this space to present how conscious living and sustainably made clothing benefit your everyday, and how supporting the journey of their garments means supporting more sustainable, safer and better systems in fashion - all via community events and collaborations such as a panel discussion, ‘Know Your Nature’ walks, customised embroidery pop-ups and workshops. There will also be an opportunity to request to alter and customize the Sui looks at this pop-up.
