An eco-friendly alternative to paper towels - this Swedish Sponge Dish Cloth is like a cross between a dishcloth and a sponge. Like most paper towels, it can absorb more water than their own weight when wet. One dish cloth is equivalent to 15 rolls of paper towels, making it a sustainable choice in terms of cost and carbon footprint!
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Difference in manufacturing process - Swedish Sponge Dish Cloths are made of 100% biodegradable materials : 70% cellulose from FSC-marked forests and 30% waste cotton (cotton fibres that are too short for the textile industry). Once the dish cloth reaches the end of its lifespan, it is compostable at home (toss it together with food scraps).
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash before first usage. Once soiled, simply rinse with cold water, or put it in the top rack of your dishwasher, or just toss it in the laundry. Wash in the lowest temperature with cold water. Wring it out and let it air dry.
CAUTION -Ā High temperatures will cause the dishcloth to shrink.
