Happiness Initiative is a social enterprise that focuses on well-being research. Their primary focus is to make well-being skill accessible to everyone.
They work with organisations and communities to take an evidence-based approach towards building a culture of well-being. Through their work, they hope to help people live a more fulfilling life and take a preventive approach towards mental health conditions.
Happiness Initiative was founded by Simon Leow and Sherman Ho, who believe that well-being should be accessible to everyone, regardless of where they are in life.
Founded in 2017, the organisation went on to impact over 30,000 people throughout the years. They also run one of the largest community well-being programmes in Singapore - Well-being Circles.
