Pause Reflect Connect

Take a mindful pause from the rush of everyday life, guided by the experienced facilitators of HUSH TeaBar. In celebration of Singapore’s 60th year of independence, this unique session invites participants to reflect on what it means to live, grow, and belong in Singapore, through quiet moments, thoughtful rituals, and meaningful conversations.

This special gathering offers space to slow down and consider our shared journey, as individuals and as a nation. Through silence, sign language, and honest sharing, participants will explore themes of identity, belonging, and the values that connect us all. Designed for anyone seeking calm and connection, this workshop offers a restorative and grounding experience in a warm, inclusive community setting.

What to expect

  • Learn mindfulness breathing and emotion-signing from Deaf facilitators
  • Participate in a guided TeaRitual to savour stillness
  • Create therapeutic art using tea ink
  • Share reflections and stories in a human-centred circle

No prior experience needed. All materials will be provided.
