We have 2 bright and airy private rooms for up 15 pax available, complete with a whiteboard, projector, powerpoints and high-speed wifi. With full glass frontage and plenty of natural light, these rooms would suit a wide range of events.

Whether you're planning a corporate meeting or private huddle session, or need a space to do a presentation or host workshops, we've got different affordable packages available for you to choose from.

5-Pax Meeting Room

  • S$100 for 2 hours (incl. 1 drink per pax)
  • S$180 for 4 hours (incl. 1 drink + snack per pax)
  • S$320 for 8 hours (9am to 5pm - incl. 2 drinks + snacks per pax)
  • S$480 for 8 hours (9am to 5pm - incl. breakfast, lunch & coffee break per pax)
  • +S$50 per additional hour

*Additional 1x chair can be added

8-Pax Meeting Room

  • S$150 for 2 hours (incl. 1 drink per pax)
  • S$280 for 4 hours (incl. 1 drink +snack per pax)
  • S$520 for 8 hours (9am to 5pm - incl. 2 drinks + snacks per pax)
  • S$800 for 8 hours (9am to 5pm - incl. breakfast, lunch & coffee break per pax)
  • +S$80 per additional hour

WORKSHOP SPACE

Are you an impact-driven creator or maker with unique skills and stories to share? We would love to collaborate with you to offer workshops to our conscious community.

Fee: 20% Commission of Ticket Sales

  • Minimum $15 commission per participant
  • Includes 1 drink per participant
  • 10% discount for additional F&B orders

- Booked dates and timings are inclusive of set-up and teardown.

ā€Ø-Ā Additional hours required for set-up/teardown are chargeable at the above rates. ā€Ø

-Ā Weekend rates are applicable to both eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday. ā€Ø

-Ā Rates include basic utilities (ie. Air-conditioning during operational hours, conventional lights, tapping into existing 13amp power points) and basic cleaning (before and after event only). Additional charges will apply should there be a foreseeable need for extra cleaning, removal of bulky items, security services or overnight set-up.

Confirmation of booking ā€Ø

-Ā Full payment is required to confirm a booking. ā€Ø

-Ā This includes payment for any additional charges and food/drink orders.

Cancellations & Amendments

ā€Ø- Should you wish to change your booking date/time, a 7-day notice is required, subject to availability. ā€Ø

- Any date/time amendments with less than 7-daysā€™ notice will incur a penalty charge of S$50 and is subject to availability. ā€Ø

- Should you wish to cancel your booking, a 7-day notice is required and 50% of all payments received will be refunded.

Air-Con Extension

- Please note the air-conditioning at DUO Galleria is controlled centrally by the building management and is
automatically turned on during our standard operational hours only.

- If your booking is before/after our standard operational hours, we would need to apply to the management to extend the air-conditioning timing at least 7
days in advance and there is a fee of S$7 per hour (meeting room only) for such extensions.

- Any amendments or cancellation or air-con extensions with less than 3-daysā€™ notice will still be chargeable.

Rates stated are subject to revision without notice by The Social Space management.
